Techocean has an exclusive base for services of surface preparation and coating of metal surfaces. Having a physical structure with 4,000 m², capable of meeting the main demands of onshore services of the Oil & Gas market, generating all the necessary support to perform services with excellence in offshore operations.

We operate in compliance with ABNT, PETROBRAS, ISO and Labor Ministry Regulatory Standards in order to minimize risks involving the environment and the human resources employed in our operations, always seeking to reduce maintenance costs by applying long-term solutions, increasing the useful life of our customers’ and partners’ assets.

With a blasting cabin 20 meters long x 7 meters high x 7 meters wide, the preparation and surface treatment performed by Techocean meets all the blasting standards of ISO 8501-1, the same required by the market (SA1, SA2, SA2. 1/2, SA3) and aims to remove materials (paint, corrosion, etc) that may prevent direct contact with the substrate, creating the necessary conditions for good adhesion, including an adequate roughness profile, allowing mechanical anchorage of the paint on the metal surface to be protected.

We also have equipment and qualified labor to perform UHP hydroblasting with machines that can reach up to 40,000 PSI of pressure.
